I've always been curious about eyelash extensions. I've known people who have had them permanently applied and I've seen the pretty little strips and adhesives in department and drug stores. I definitely did not want to go the permanent route and honestly really felt my lashes were fine without adding something else to my daily makeup routine. My natural lashes are nothing spectacular but I use a curling wand and add a little mascara and they are good enough. Then I came across an Instagram page for @privatelabelextensions and I was completely intrigued and fascinated!
I looked further to their website and was realty surprised at what a wide variety and selection they had and also by how realistic the lashes looked and how affordable they were. My new lashes are the London Style 3D Mink Eyelash Extensions from Private Label Extensions. They are from their new thinline collection and have a very thin band and create an extremely luxurious look. They are handcrafted and 100% mink.
I really loved how they looked and especially how they felt. They felt like I wasn't wearing anything at all. They are very lightweight and even when I opened and closed my eyes I didn't feel any discomfort. I actually forgot I had them on until I looked in the mirror.
I wore them all day last Saturday and was really excited to wear them in the evening with this amazing organza maxi-dress from @tanik.shop. I did share this Tanik Shop dress once before when I wore it with leopard pumps and added the picture to my style journal which I blogged about here. I love their unique and affordable collection which you can access here and dress is here.
My socks are the Rosy Dreams Mesh Socks from Living Royal. Find them here but be prepared because you will be completely delighted and become obsessed like me by the entire selection of crew socks, liner socks, mesh socks, knee socks and even socks you design yourself at Living Royal. You might actually remember I found my Googly Eye Pineapple and Googly Eye Watermelon knee socks which I blogged about here at Living Royal as well.
I wore my Tanik Dress again this week when my husband and I attended the Theatre By The Sea for our Anniversary because I just really love this dress and sock combination and wanted to wear the entire outfit again. I added my denim Gap jacket and a straw hat with a leopard ribbon tied around it and the only thing I was was missing was my eyelashes. I really wished I had applied them because the best thing about my new lashes ( well not the best thing because the best thing is how awesome the look and feel) is that you can wear them again and again and again. They website says you can wear them 20-25 times!!
I did wear them again here!
I will give full details on these other outfits soon and I'm sure it won't be long before I have worn my new lashes 20-25 times! I am completely glad I tried them and definitely glad to have them. What are your thoughts? Have you ever tried any type of eyelash extensions? How did they work out for you? I'd love to know about your experiences.
Thank you so much for your time and attention. It is truly appreciated and please feel free to leave me a comment, email or even a link if you have something to share. I will get back to you in a timely manner.
