My Favorite Cookie and Fancy Treat Recipes for Everyday or Entertaining- All Super Easy!

My mom came from Italy and is truly an amazing chef and baker. She never skimps on the quality of ingredients or takes any kind of short-cuts when it comes to preparing food.   Her results are amazing. I've always wanted to do the same for my family and friends but it always seemed like there was never enough time to do everything I wanted to do, especially when it came to doing things like my mom did. Through the years I found MANY short-cuts! Yay!!! Are the results exactly like my mom's? No. Are they still delicious? Yes. Are they appealing enough to serve to company? Yes. Are my family and friends happy and appreciative? Yes!!! Am I stressed about the time and skill it all takes? No. This is all because I've found easy, quick ways to make some pretty special treats!  I'm going to share ten of my favorite cookie/fancy treat recipes.
